Booking modalities & regulations
All reservations at the Hotel der Tannenbaum München must be guaranteed by means of a valid credit card number and its expiry date Unfortunately, non-guaranteed reservations cannot be considered. Guaranteed reservations can generally be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled arrival. Exceptions to the cancellation period apply for certain price types, for trade fairs, special events and the Oktoberfest.

Benefit from our special rates, which are always subject to availability at the hotel in Munich.
In addition, the use of WLAN in the room and in the entire hotel is free of charge for you. Please note the applicable regulations or restrictions that go hand in hand with the special rates. If you are unsure, simply call us or send us a fax or email. We look forward to providing you with a tailor-made offer.
If a special price is not available online, it may be that you are enquiring about a trade fair in Munich, a special event or the Oktoberfest. Due to capacity, there may be bottlenecks on these dates. Nevertheless, we will do our utmost to offer you the most attractive prices.
best daily price
The best, flexible daily rate includes VAT and all fees. The general cancellation deadlines apply, which means you remain absolutely flexible up to 24 hours before your planned arrival, can rebook or cancel free of charge up to this point (except for trade fairs, special events and the Oktoberfest).
Long-term stays
We reward longer stays at Hotel der Tannenbaum in Munich with a special discount. Save up to € 20,00 per room/night. Stay at least 3 or 7 nights and benefit!
Early bird price
A special offer and attractive rate is our early booking rate. This requires an advance payment at the time of booking with a discount of up to € 15,00 per room / night. Our online booking engine will request valid credit card details along with expiry date. Reservations for this rate cannot be rebooked, cancelled or refunded!
Group prices
Group rates can be offered subject to availability, but are only valid for reservations of at least 5 rooms.
Company prices
Company prices are volume-dependent and can be offered with pleasure. Talk to us!
